BossMadeMom is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


 

Incorrect Addresses

 


Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. BossMadeMom is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost to resend the order.


 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 


Once a package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, BossMadeMom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
