At BossMadeMom, all items are made to order or produced specifically for each customer. Because of this, all sales are final.


 

No Returns or Refunds

 


We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all details, sizes, and designs are correct.


 

Custom & Made-To-Order Items

 


Many of our products, including custom apparel, DTF transfers, and personalized items, are created specifically for each customer. For this reason, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 


If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

 


If the issue was caused by our error, we will review the situation and may offer a replacement of the item. Refunds will not be issued.


 

Order Cancellations

 


Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed, as production begins quickly after an order is received.
